Terms and Conditions

The short version: you pick a slide count, pay the price shown, and send us your deck. We redesign your existing slides — visual system, typography, layout — and return them in the original format within the promised turnaround, with one revision round included. Your files stay confidential, and the finished work is yours. The details follow.

1. Who we are

Everydeck is an Elefant service and a trading name of Everywhere LTD, a company registered in England, United Kingdom (Companies House No. 14779981) ("Everydeck", "we", "us"). These terms form the agreement between us and you ("the client") when you place an order at everydeck.co.

2. The service

Everydeck is a productised redesign service for presentation slides. An order covers the redesign of your existing content: a visual system (type, colour, layout), typography and alignment, and image and icon sourcing. It does not include writing your narrative from scratch or creating new content — that work is scoped separately through the done-for-you tier, which starts with a conversation rather than a checkout.

3. Price and payment

The price for your slide count is shown on the site before you pay and is calculated on marginal tiers — the per-slide rate falls as the count rises. Prices are shown and charged in GBP (or USD for visitors we detect in the United States). Payment is taken in full, up front, through Stripe; we never see or store your card details. Your Stripe receipt is available from your order dashboard.

We reserve the right to change prices, tiers and monthly capacity at any time; changes never affect orders already paid.

4. Turnaround and revisions

The turnaround clock starts when your files arrive — not when you pay. Uploading further files restarts the clock, as flagged in your dashboard. The current turnaround promise is shown on the site at the time you order.

One revision round is included: a consolidated list of changes after delivery, applied across the deck. Small fixes (typos, a swapped logo) don't count against it. Additional rounds or scope changes are agreed separately in writing.

5. Your files and your warranties

By placing an order you confirm that:

6. Deliverables and ownership

Once your order is paid in full, the redesigned deck and the files we create for it are your property. We claim no ongoing rights over your content.

7. Confidentiality

Your deck is confidential. We never share your files, never use your work in our portfolio without your written permission, and delete your files on request. We're happy to sign your NDA before you send anything.

8. Third-party services

We rely on third parties to run the service: Stripe (payments), Cloudflare (hosting and file storage), Resend (email) and Calendly (call booking). We aren't affiliated with the presentation tools we work with — PowerPoint, Google Slides, Canva, Keynote, Figma and Pitch are trademarks of their respective owners.

9. Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim arising from an order is limited to the amount you paid for that order. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, including lost profit, revenue or data. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited under English law, and nothing affects your statutory rights.

10. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time; the version published at everydeck.co/terms at the time you order is the one that applies to your order.

11. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and any dispute is subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
